To solve this problem open cmd and type this--> attrib -h -r -s /s /d X:\*.*, (Where, X is the USB drive letter) and press Enter. (For example: If your drive letter is D, then the command is attrib -h -r -s /s /d D:\*.*)

Then hit Enter and you are done...
After that move the files from the pendrive and keep them somewhere else and Format it...
